Australian Salmon

Australian Salmon is unique in his own right. Not related to the Atlantic salmon but a true Australian gem if cooked right. Try smoked or with a hot Spanish rub after scoring and BBQ on a medium heat. This white flesh fish is simply amazing and goes extremely well with a true winter Saison Beer. Strong beer for a strong fish.
